The RFID Connect smartphone app is more than just the conference program guide in the palm of your hand—it's an interactive tool synched with the RFID Connect Web site, enabling you get more out of RFID Journal's events.
You can search for products, exhibitors and sessions you wish to attend, and add these to your event planner. You can also introduce yourself to other attendees and request meetings. Any sessions, meetings or to-dos added to your event planner online will be synched with the smartphone app, and any of these items added on the phone will be reflected on the Web site.
Easy to use and completely intuitive, the application includes the following features:
• Agenda: Browse the agenda by day or session type, or search for keywords, and then add sessions to your planner. The app can remind you 15 minutes before a session starts, and also allows you to rate sessions.
• Exhibitors: Search for exhibitors by name, product category or industry solution. View exhibitor profiles and add vendors you want to visit to your to-do list.
• Interactive floor plan: As you search the exhibit hall for RFID solutions, let the floor plan be your guide. You can click any booth to view the exhibitor's profile. You can also highlight exhibitors by product category (RFID tags, readers, middleware and so forth) or industry solution (health care, manufacturing, retail, etc.).
• Facility info: View a map of the conference facility.
